What size is the wheel?
The wheel face is 60cm in diameter. The stand height is fully adjustable, ranging from a minimum height of 1.4 metres to a maximum height of 2 metres. Typically, our clients set the stand height at approximately 1.5 metres.
Is the stand included in the cost of the wheel?
Yes. The prices quoted on our website cover the cost of the stand, wheel face and a 3 day hire period. There are no hidden costs.
What does a custom quote include?
A custom quote includes the cost of design, print, manufacture and 3-day hire period.
What is the standard hire period?
3 days, which includes drop off and pick-up. Any period beyond this will incur a $50/day fee.
Can I customise just the centrepiece of a standard wheel?
Yes! Please visit the “Products” page to find out how much it will cost to customise the centrepiece of one of our standard wheels.
Who designs a custom wheel?
We do! Just send us any logos, imagery, fonts or colours that you would like incorporated into the design, and we will mock-up a draft for you to review. We will continue to revise the design until you are completely happy with it.
Is there a limited number of revisions for a custom wheel design?
No. You may revise the design as many times as you like until it aligns with your vision!
How much notice do I need to give to hire a party wheel?
For our pre-designed wheels, subject to availability, you may get in contact with us up until the day before your event (although we would highly encourage you to contact us before then to ensure your preferred wheel is available!).
For custom wheels, the design must be approved by you at least 2 weeks out from the date of your event to allow enough time for print and production.

Do you deliver beyond the Sydney region?
Not at this stage – although this is a service we are looking to offer in the future. For now, transporting a wheel to other areas of Australia will be at your expense.
Can the wheel be easily transported?
Yes. If you need to transport the wheel, it can be easily dissembled into 2 pieces: the stand and the wheel face. The stand folds into a singular pole.
What payment options do you accept?
The only payment method we accept is EFT via an online bank transfer. We will provide you with the financial institution details upon issuance of your invoice. We do not accept credit cards.
How much lead time does a custom order require?
Your custom design must be approved by you at least 2 weeks out from the date of your event to allow enough lead time for print and production. This means that, ideally, the design process will commence at least 1 month out from the date of your event to allow a 2 week period for unlimited design revisions.
